STE38-A is a STS Standard compliant, keypad type, prepayment mode 3 phase 4 wires energy meter. It has Ingress protection IP54 waterproof, long life time Lithum battery. Customer purchases energy by the vending network to get a serial number (TOKEN), and then use the keypad of meter to enter the TOKEN, which contains 20 digits and is encrypted. The credit data will be entered into the meter after the TOKEN being accepted.

Stronpay vending software can easily integrated with local Mobile Money Payment Platform via API, like M-PESA, Alipay, MTN, Airtel, etc. People can recharge the meter with mobile phone without leaving their house.

Basic Functionality:

1. By Stronpay vending Software

Stronpay Vending Software is a STS standard encryption vending management system, it has three different versions can be choose: Web based version, Stand alone version and Hand held mobile vending unit. It consists of Stronpay management server(CMS) and Stronpay management Client(CMC).

CMC provides administrative operations, such as customer and meter registration, vending, report. It can be run on an independent device in form of standalone software. Multiple clients can be connected to a single management server(CMS). CMC also allows multiple operators and access to system which is configured by the administrator.

Vending Process

1. Login the web-based vending website by inputting the user name, company name and password.

2. Register the meter number and customer information at the library center.

3. Set the price for different customers

4. Open an account to combine the meter,customer and price information

5. Get the Token at the Top up center.

6. Input the Token with keypad.

7. Recharging completely.

2. By the third party platform or local mobile payment with API
